 Message opening and click-through tracking (Pro Only)
Sending email to offer your services or products is great but unfortunately you have no idea about who actually opens and reads your messages. Well, that is no longer true! New MaxBulk Mailer 7 with the help of MLM 2 now offers all the information you need in order to find out what happens to your message after it leaves your computer. All you have to do is to install the new MLM 2 to your server and activate the click-through and message opening tracking from MaxBulk Mailer preferences. All your messages will then include link click-through and opening tracking (note that opening tracking is not possible with plain text message). Send your message, then open the new statistics window and click on the delivery number on the left in order to follow your recipient's actions. It is that simple! You can now easily find out who has opened your message and who has clicked to which links. In addition you can also select an entry from any of your lists and click on the 'Get Info' button or select the 'Get Info' menu to know what messages were sent and what message were opened by that recipient.

 Protection against crashes during deliveries
We have added a new protection to MaxBulk Mailer to let you resume a delivery after a crash. Crashes are quite rare but they may happen. The application now keeps your message delivery status. If either the application or your system crashes you just have to open back your document. MaxBulk Mailer will then offer you to resume the crashed delivery. It is that simple! To make it work it is important to save your document right before starting a message delivery. Don't worry, the application will remind you as soon as you click on the 'Send' button.

 Semi-automatic unsubscribe handling for your local list as well
With MLM 1 you were able to use online lists with automatic opt-in subscribe and unsubscribe. With new MLM 2 we have gone a little bit further in order to support unsubscribe requests from your local list recipients as well. All you have to do is to install MLM 2 on you server and activate the option from the MaxBulk Mailer preferences, under the MLM settings. When sending new email you just need to use the new 'Unsubscribe' tag in your message. As soon as a recipient clicks on this unsubscribe link in the message, its address is added to MLM. By selecting your list in MaxBulk Mailer, the application automatically connects to MLM and gets the last unsubscribe requests. You can choose to look at them first, unsubscribe the recipients directly or make MaxBulk Mailer to save the updates to the list automatically. Note that you can choose not to get those requests automatically on choosing a list. A menu is also available next to the list manager pull-down menu to do that manually at any time.

 MLM list upload, renaming and deleting
With new MaxBulk Mailer 7 you can upload your lists directly from inside the application. It is really easy and straightforward, just select your list and use the new 'Recipients -> Upload to MLM' menu. You can upload the current list, any of the lists available in the application or a file, choose to append the recipients, overwrite the remote list with the new recipients, update the recipients or send a subscription invitation. You can of course select the target remote list or create a new one. You can also delete and rename lists using the list contextual menu after you select 'Remote Lists' from the list manager pull-down menu.

 MLM now supports several languages
We now offer MLM localized into French, German, Spanish, Italian and Dutch. You can set a default language during the installation or add the '&lang=xx' parameter to the commands where xx can be 'fr' for French, 'de' for German, 'es' for Spanish, 'it' for Italian and 'nl' for Dutch. The translation includes all error strings, responses, email messages and templates.

 New Preview navigation buttons and keys
The Preview gets new navigation buttons and it is no longer limited to the first 1000 recipients in your list. You can now jump to the first and the last entries, move one by one or by page. In addition the right, left, up, down, top, bottom, scroll up and scroll down keyboard keys now can be used to go thru recipients as well. It is now easier than ever to preview a recipient, just select it in your list and switch to the Preview panel or select the 'Recipients > Preview' menu or 'Preview' from the list contextual menu.

 Built-in MLM installation
It is now possible to install MLM using the new 'MaxBulk Mailer > Install MLM…' menu. On the first panel you can enter your MLM settings, your user ID, password, installation type and so on. By clicking on the 'Next' button you can enter your FTP server information filling the different fields on screen, host address, user ID, password and so on. Once you are done with those two previous steps you can click again on the 'Next' button in order to connect to your server. Then select the destination folder or create a new one. Click on the 'Select' button after either selecting or opening a destination folder. MaxBulk Mailer will then install MLM on that folder for you.

- Main window now includes a 'Pause' button between 'Send' and 'Stop' buttons allowing you to Pause and later resume a delivery.
- A confirmation dialog is now displayed after clicking on the 'Send' button offering to save the document (if not saved yet).
- The settings panel now shows a delivery per hour estimation based on the selected group, interval and connexions.
- You can now choose to receive delivery reports in HTML or Plain Text. HTML is now the default format.
- When sending a message in Test Mode, the new HTML delivery report uses a different color (grey instead of blue).
- Detailed delivery report now includes two CSV files containing sent addresses and errors if any.
- New preference entries to edit the number of retries and the timeout when connecting to a server.
- New [Unsubscribe] tag in order to insert an Unsubscribe URL in the message (MLM needs to be installed).
- The software is now available in Swedish.
- A local backup is now created each time a remote list is selected.
- A 'Select Blacklisted' menu has been added to both the recipient main and contextual menus.

- ESMTP is now the default authentication since it is the most popular.
- Blacklisted, unchecked and unsubscribed recipients are now displayed in light grey.
- Blacklisted recipients are struck out to tell them apart. Email addresses appear in blue.
