 MAXPROG'S ENTIRE LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE, AT Maxprog'S CHOICE, EITHER (A) RETURN OF THE PRICE PAID OR (B) REPLACEMENT OF THE SOFTWARE THAT DOES NOT MEET Maxprog'S LIMITED WARRANTY AND WHICH IS RETURNED TO Maxprog WITH A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT.

 Any replacement Software will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer.

 This limited warranty is void if failure of the Software has resulted from modification, accident, abuse, or misapplication.

 NEITHER MAXPROG, NOR ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS BEEN INVOLVED WITH THE CREATION, PRODUCTION, OR DELIVERY OF THE SOFTWARE SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, AND THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE EVEN IF Maxprog HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
