Question: Hi there, when i cut and paste text from a word document straight into maxbulk mailer, the hyperlinks that are in the word document do not click through when I test to gmail or outlook, they are highlighted in blue but they just will not click through. Consequently I am having to type each hyperlink out in full by the side and put it in brackets which is crazy!!! Please please help me, what is the solution to this problem?
Answer: Do you know Wordpress, the blog software? Well, when you use Wordpress to create a blog entry you have to create the links yourself manually. It is the same in MaxBulk Mailer but it is not that complex. Basically you have to select the text you want to convert into a link and select the 'Message > link to URL' menu (or Shift-Command-U).
If you use the same links again and again you can simply use the Hyperlink Manager.
