What is the MaxBulk Mailer privacy policy?

Topics

Question: Hello, what is the privacy policy of MaxBulk Mailer? Do you save somehow informations from my mailing lists?

Answer: MaxBulk Mailer is a desktop application, not a SaaS software or service running on the cloud.

As a result and by default, all your recipient lists are saved locally on your computer. When you send a message your list doesn't leave your computer as a whole, only individual addresses are sent to the mail server in order to send each message as required by the SMTP protocol.

If you decide to install MLM, the Maxprog Mailing List Manager, on your server then your lists will reside on that server. MLM lists are saved to a MySQL database only accessible by the MLM script and MaxBulk Mailer. In that case, you are responsible to maintain your MLM credentials in a safe place to avoid unauthorized access to your lists.
