How can I add an unsubscribe link

Hello,I send my personalized emails and the transmission is successful.In your Readme file, enter the unsubscribe link code like this:https://www.yourdomain.com/myfolder/unsubscribe.php?email= But this link does not retrieve the recipient's email address in the unsubscribe link !!!How to retrieve the recipient's email in the unsubscribe link.Thank you in advance
