Office365 server SMTP settings

Question: Hello, I'm trying to do a test run before we purchase y'alls product. Doing a test on a client pc and having trouble authenticating with Microsoft server, receiving error 5.7.4. I followed y'alls instructions but the smtp.office365.com server is not taking the credentials. Using TLS v1.2 Exp. What can I do?

It is recommended to create a shared mailbox for MaxBulk Mailer. Use that mailbox ID and password as your Office365 credentials in MaxBulk Mailer.
