MLM server side is not working

Question: I bought MaxBulk Mailer and I have installed MLM on my server following the indications from this page.

It says the installation completes successfully however MLM is not working.

I checked with PHPMyAdmin. No table is being created.

Answer: Are you sure you have installed MLM properly?

You can check it by running the MLM diagnostics. You can run the MLM diagnostics from the MaxBulk Mailer preferences, second panel, by clicking on the 'Cog' button next to the MLM URL and selecting the 'Diagnose' menu.
