Maxprog Support

Question: I want to get the 64 bit version of MaxBulk Mailer Pro. When I click on 'Update' within the App I'm currently running (8.5), it says it is the current version. When I go to your store, I don't see an option listed with the cost to upgrade 8.5 to 8.6?
Thanks for any clues of what I need to do?

Answer: If you have an update plan just download the new version. Note that you automatically get a 12 months update plan when you purchase a new license. Your update plan may have expired, you can find out here. Just enter your serial and click on the 'Get Info' button. That page also allows you to renew your current plan for another 12 months, 2 years or 3 years.
