Question: I just purchased the Mac App Store version and the screenshots on the App store show two arrows beside the attachment to allow for customization. However, those two arrows do not show up on the app once it is installed. I since have downloaded a trial version from your website and those arrows appear. Is there a way I can get the custom attachments to work properly on the version I purchased?

Answer: The Mac App Store version of MaxBulk Mailer is slightly different from the one we sell directly on our web store. This is because of Apple requirements, specially Sandboxing and Entitlements. As a result there are features that are simply imposible to offer. We worked hard to produce a MaxBulk Mailer version with the same feature set but with attachments it was not possible. The feature works but it is not as complete as with our version.
