MaxBulk Mailer supports all possible formats for your message like Plain text, HTML with or without alternative text version (MIME) and Styled text (Bold, Italic, Underline, Color, Font...). MaxBulk Mailer is also able to send a web page using its URL. In all cases you can easily preview your message before the delivery and make sure it looks as expected.
MaxBulk Mailer supports attachments including inline/embedded pictures (MHTML) with a wide choice of encoding types. In some formats like Plain Text and Styled Text, pictures are added to the message as tags so they can be customized at delivery time through conditional statements.
Messages are highly customizable through the use of tags and conditional statements. All the recipient list 24 columns can be used as tags inside your message to insert custom data. All those tags can be renamed to match their contents and can be used inside conditional statements. We also offer 13 date tags and some delivery control tags.
You can import your current lists from a wide range of sources and formats like tab delimited text, CSV, text from the clipboard, raw text and even from remote mySQL and PostgreSQL databases. An internal parser will extract addresses in case no format is detected. You can also export your lists and customize the output file.
MaxBulk Mailer offers support for 36 different encodings including Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Greek and Korean. That support covers both the importing of addresses and the delivery of messages in any available format.
MaxBulk Mailer is able to connect to any kind of SMTP server and perform any type of authentication like POP, APOP and ESMTP. It also supports SSL and TLS secure connections.
MaxBulk Mailer supports the Cc (Carbon copy) and Bcc (Blind Carbon Copy) headers, he can deliver your messages through several servers at once and he can be set to stagger deliveries and add delays between batches. All the connection process can be followed through the 'Delivery' panel.
MaxBulk Mailer includes built-in List and Account managers. You can create as many lists or accounts as you need and use any of the built-in menus to modify them. The list manager offers the possibility to mix lists temporally, unsubscribe recipients, check entries for delivery given entries through the Quick Selector and a lot more.
