11.- Gráficos

Los gráficos son una forma de analizar diferentes tipos de información relacionada con sus finanzas personales. Le ayudarán a analizar su rendimiento y a saber lo cerca que se encuentra de sus objetivos. Puede crear gráficos para analizar una cuenta, categoría o tipo de cuenta en concreto, incluyendo el informe de ganancias y pérdidas. Se puede considerar como una extensión de las estadísticas, ya que también sirve para identificar áreas donde puede hacer mejoras.

iCash ofrece 3 tipos of gráficos, Linea, Barras y Circular. Los gráficos de línea y de barra tienen como objetivo mostrar la evolución temporal de una cuenta o grupo de cuentas, mientras que los gráficos circulares muestran simplemente las proporciones. En otras palabras, significa que le permite simplemente comparar de forma visual cuentas o categorías pertenecientes a un mismo tipo. Por ejemplo, le permite conocer la proporción de un gasto específico en comparación con otros.

La manera más rápida de crear un gráfico es seleccionando una entrada desde el balance o el panel de cuentas y presionar el icono de Gráfico. Puede hacerlo sobre una única cuenta, una categoría o un tipo de cuenta. También puede empezar con un gráfico genérico y editar sus parámetros:

Periodo: Las opciones disponibles son: todos, año en curso y el año pasado.

Frecuencia: Las opciones disponibles son: mensual, trimestral, semestral y anual.

Tipos: Las opciones disponibles son: todos, bancos, ingresos, gastos, deudas, cartera y bienes.

Categoría: Las opciones disponibles son: todas las categorías o una cuenta en concreto.

Cuenta: Las opciones disponibles son: todas las cuentas o una cuenta en concreto.

La ventana de gráficos está compuesta por dos paneles. El panel de la izquierda muestra los valores para cada periodo, permitiéndole activar o desactivar nodos del panel del gráfico de la derecha. Puede imprimir sus gráficos usando el menú Archivo | Imprimir o copiarlos al portapapeles usando el menú Edición | Copiar.
