12.- Presupuestos

Un presupuesto es una estimación de las cantidades de dinero pendientes de ingresar y gastar en el futuro a corto plazo. En realidad, cada vez que calcula cuanto dinero le va a quedar a final de mes después de ingresar su sueldo y pagar sus facturas, está haciendo un presupuesto. Puede utilizar un presupuesto para hacer una estimación de gasto e ingreso según ciertos parámetros. Conforme pasa el tiempo puede comparar los datos reales con el presupuesto y hacer ajustes. Siempre es una buena idea crear un presupuesto antes de tomar decisiones importantes. Para asegurarse llegar a los resultados esperados, cree un presupuesto, entre todos los datos y vaya revisandolos regularmente y rectificando sobre la marcha.

Generalmente un presupuesto se crea para un periodo de tiempo definido. Al final de este periodo puede comparar sus gastos e ingresos reales con este presupuesto. Esto le ofrece una buena medida de la salud de su economía. Para crear un presupuesto vaya a la pestaña 'Presupuestos'. Haga clic en el menú desplegable y seleccione 'Nuevo presupuesto'. Dele un nombre al presupuesto.

La lista de cuentas es generada automáticamente y ordenada jerárquicamente por tipo (ingreso y gasto) y categoría. Puede editar cada entrada individualmente, cambiar el importe, el intervalo y activar o desactivar cada línea.
Debajo de la lista de cuentas se encuentra el 'Resumen'. Le muestra todos los totales de ingresos y gastos y el total por intervalo. Este resumen se actualiza automáticamente al cambiar los datos en la lista de cuentas. Si desactiva una entrada, el importe asociado es retirado del resumen. Esto le permite desactivar una entrada provisionalmente para ver el efecto generado.

Puede crear un presupuesto automáticamente utilizando las transacciones existentes para un periodo de tiempo definido. Basta con hacer click en el triángulo a la izquierda de 'Calcular' para hacer visible el panel de cálculos. Puede entonces ajustar los parámetros del cálculo, seleccionar las cuentas y definir las transacciones a utilizar.

Puede:

New paragraph Calcular el total y la media de gastos e ingresos para un grupo de cuentas.
New paragraph Seleccionar todas las cuentas o solo un tipo o una categoría.
New paragraph Incrementar or descontar un porcentaje del resultado.
New paragraph Mantener los cálculos existentes o reemplazarlos con los nuevos.
New paragraph Seleccionar un periodo de tiempo.

Una vez que sus ajustes están a su gusto, haga click en el botón 'Calcular'.
