Jedes Konto gehört zu einer Kategorie und diese zu einem Typ. Während Typen vorgegeben und nicht änderbar sind, können Sie Kategorien vollständig anpassen. Sie können Kategorien sowohl im Bilanz-Bereich mit Hilfe der Werkzeug-Schaltfläche als auch über den Kategorie-Manager erstellen. Sie müssen nur einen eindeutigen Namen und einen Typ auswählen.
Kategorie hinzufügen:
Um eine Kategorie hinzuzufügen, wählen Sie Kategorie |Neue Kategorie aus dem Hauptmenü oder dem Kontextmenü, wählen einen Kategorietyp, einen eindeutigen Namen und klicken auf "Hinzufügen".
Existierende Kategorien ändern:
Um eine Kategorie zu ändern, doppelklicken Sie auf sie in der Liste oder wählen Sie sie aus und rufen dann den Menüpunkt Kategorie |Bearbeiten auf. ändern Sie alles wie Sie es brauchen und klicken Sie auf 'Sichern'. Auch hier gilt: der Name muss eindeutig sein.
Kategorie löschen:
Um eine Kategorie zu löschen, wählen Sie sie aus der Liste aus und klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche '-'. Wenn eine Kategorie von mindestens einer Transaktion verwendet wird, wird sie automatisch gesperrt, so dass Sie sie erst löschen können, wenn Sie alle Transaktionen entfernt haben, die mit dieser Kategorie zusammenhängen.
