Question: Hi, too many of the addresses I am sending to may not be longer valid (some of my lists was verified maybe 9 months ago) and too many of the messages are rejected, would that be a problem from the SMTP guy or from maxprog, in other words who would too many rejections be a matter for, my SMTP provider or maxprog?
Answer: This will affect your message delivery only. Your message will be flagged as spam and there are chances very few people will receive it.
Quite often I am being asked about email delivery issues, specially problems regarding apparently legitimate messages being flagged and blocked by spam filtering software. This particular issue is quite frustrating because most of the time you have no idea where the problem come from. It is even more frustrating for me when people think the culprit is. I recommend you to read the following page: How do I stop my emails being marked as spam?.
