Question: I've just got the program and am starting to use it.
It works fine for 100 emails, but if I try and do 1000, it just stops in the middle.
On one occasion it processed 350 and said it was processing No 861, and on the second occasion, run soon after, it processed 11 and said it was at No 348.
Do I need to change the settings somewhere? I guess this may be due to my default mailserver not liking sending so many mails.
Can you advise please?
Thanks and best wishes,
Tony
Answer: In the eMail Verifier preferences, first panel, make sure you are using 10 threads or less, you could try 5. Set the retries to 2 or 1 and timeout to 5. Set the DNS server setting to use the default list rather than your server.
In the second panel, make sure you are not using the VRFY command, set group to 10 and check the RSET command. The 'Simulate a message delivery' has to be activated.
If you continue with problems try to activate the 'Send HELO with this and enter a domain if you have one.
