We recently purchased the latest version of Maxbulk Mailer and when we try to send out an email message, my email account is not connecting to the server to send the message. It is saying there is some kind of authentication issue. I know my email and password for the account information is correct. We've had issues like this in the past where some of our emails work just find with maxbulk and others that seem to always have this authentication issue. Is there a way to resolve this so all of our staff who are paying and downloading maxbulk are actually able to use it?
