(Question 2) We encountered an issue that some special Chinese characters cannot display correctly and only shows as rectangular boxes. These special Chinese characters can display properly on Windows 10 as well as when we are in Edit Mode of the Recipient list. I suppose your product support Traditional Chinese Characters. Do you have any advice?
Answer: About your first question, only the unregistered version of MaxBulk Mailer adds a piece of text stating the version used has not been registered yet. About your second question your problem comes from the select encoding/charset. You should try UTF-8. Indeed UTF-8 supports Chinese characters. If you send HTML code you have to select the same encoding as the one declared in the header part.
