Question: This is the second time now that I am prompted to update my Icash and it is also the second time that as a result I lose transactions that I have already recorded. This time, I updated the program and have lost all my entries for April. None of the backup files show anything for the month of April. Is there anything I can do to recover what I had before the update? Thank you

Answer: Have you tried to re-index your file? You should check your file with the iCash built-in tools as well. iCash documents are SQL database files actually. iCash includes several diagnostic and recovery tools that can help here.
