Slow loading iCash data files

Question: Hello, I use iCash since 2009 on my win pc and I love all the version you have created. Recently I have upgraded my pc and I have installed all the programs on my new hdd. iCash was fast, but now it takes a lot o time to load my file. It takes really a long time to load my data!! I don't know what happen but I'm sure it doesn't depends on my configuratin or pc. Can you help me?

Answer: Try to delete the preference file. It is located here:

C:\Users\<your_account_name>\AppData\Roaming\Maxprog\iCash\iCash.ini

If that doesn't help you can try to run all the iCash diagnostic tools available from the iCash File Manager, especially the tool to rebuild the file index. You can also check the document integrity and optimize it.

Finally if nothing of the above fixes the issue you can simply rebuild your document.
