Stalled Infinite Loop

Question: The program, after running for 10 minutes, will go into a "Stalled" mode. It will go on and on in an infinite loop. It will not stop. I cannot close the program, save the file. If I click on the X box, it will say that do you want to save the file but then does not show the "Yes" box. Then it closes and all data are lost. In addition, sometimes it will delete the messages in the file server, and sometimes it does not. If it does, we will have no record about bounced email. This is a horrible program, and I own three products from your company.

Answer: It is very important that eMail Bounce Handler is the very only application connected to the mailbox containing the bounces. Make sure you other mail software is not interfering.

In addition make sure you haven't any anti-virus software scanning the mail port while eMail Bounce Handler is working and downloading large amount of bounces. This is because the software use to be faster than the anti-virus.
