The application is crashing

Question: When trying to connect to the account to receive bounced emails, the program crashes. I have this issue for a few months now.

It keeps "looking for" my emailaccount

It is very important to make sure you haven't any anti-virus software scanning the mail port while eMail Bounce Handler is working and downloading large amount of bounces. This is because the software use to be faster than the anti-virus.

In addition it is also important that eMail Bounce Handler is the very only application connected to the mailbox containing the bounces. Make sure you other mail software is not interfering.
