Question: Hello.

I'd like to know what the icons from the recipient panel indicate. I did a small holiday mailing and ran into some emails that could not be sent due to server issues. Unknown icons showed the failed emails. I eventually got everything sent, but having a reference at the time would have been helpful.

Answer: Indeed, MaxBulk Mailer uses several kinds of icons depending on the recipient or delivery status. In the picture attached, you have seven different icons:

- Lines 1, 2, and 5: Validated entries
- Line 3: Unsubscribed recipient
- Line 4: Blacklisted recipient
- Line 6: Delivery error
- Line 7: Successful delivery
- Line 8: Duplicate recipient (duplicate of line 1)
- Line 9: Unvalidated entry (in this case, the email address is missing)
