Question: Dear Sir, dear Madam,

I am currently trying out your beautiful software with great interest. Text mails works fine.

However, I would like to send HTML mails. However, I can't do that.
When I drag my HTML folder into the program window, the program crashes...
Do you have an idea?

Answer: It is simple, launch MaxBulk Mailer and select the HTML format. Then copy and paste the HTML code, upload the pictures to your server, and update all the picture URLs so they can be fetched from your server. This is the best way to proceed.

You can also use a BASE HREF tag (instead of updating all URLs) in the message header.

You can also drag and drop all the pictures to the attachment panel and send your message. I don't recommend that approach since it will make your message more prominent and slower to send. It is explained here: Bulk e-mail attachments or links to online files.
