Question: Hello, some of my recipients appear with a red dot on their icon and the name and e-mail address struck out. It looks like they are on the blacklist... How can I clean up the blacklist?

Answer: Indeed blacklisted addresses appear strikethrough with a different icon so you can easily tell them apart. The whole entry appears in gray, unchecked and the card icon with a green checkmark has been replaced with a card icon with a prohibition sign.



It is easy to remove a blacklisted entry, you can select the entry and use the 'Recipients - Add to blacklist' menu or selecting the Blacklist from the list manager pull-down menu and then editing the list as you would do with any other list.
