Question: We have problems with text formatting with current MaxBulk Mailer version. We selected the "Styled Text" message format with ISO-8859-1 charset but, for example, the spaces between the paragraphs are not read by the system. Please let us know how we can solve the problem ASAP. Thank you

Answer: Consecutive spaces appear as a single space. That's the right behavior actually since the Styled Text format is converted into HTML code before the message delivery. HTML doesn't mind if you type one or several consecutive spaces, only one will be displayed.

To insert several consecutive spaces you have to use another kind of space, the non-breaking space, HTML   displayed as ' '. Inserting non-breaking spaces is explained here.
