Question: How do I scan a sub folder of my inbox rather than the entire inbox?

Answer: It depends on the protocol you use to connect to your server, POP or IMAP.

With the POP protocol there is no folders, only a mailbox, only one.

However with IMAP you can create a folder, you can set rules and then gather all the bounces you receive into that folder. You can do that with your mail reader software actually.

Then you can set eMail Bounce Handler to use IMAP as well and make it to process that folder.
