Question: Hi, by no means I manage to import Names/Email addresses to your product - neither excel nor text files, separated by whatever, nor inserting by Mac memory. I even exported some hand-inserted email/name pair from Bulk mailer and tried to re-import them - no result.

Note that your recipient file has to be a plain text file with one record per line. You will have to line up your file fields with MaxBulk Mailer's and also make sure you check the column you actually want to import. Just look at the URL above for more detailed information.
