Question: I have to send a bunch of personalized emails to students from different faculty. I currently get their permission and use their name/email as the sender and it works great. However, is there a way to automate that part and mail merge the senders name, email address and reply to field?

Answer: You can use tags almost everywhere actually. Tags are explained here.

It is possible you have to paste the tag from the somewhere else (or use the Edit > Insert Tag' menu) since the '[' and ']' are forbidden in some fields.
