Question: Hello. I just purchased the product (Max Bulk Mailer) but I did not receive the serial number. Could you help me please?

Answer: The serial is sent to your email address right after the purchase. Look at your junk folder in case it has been flagged by your spam filter.

You can recover your activation key / serial code here. In the case the email address you used at purchase time is wrong try to update it first here. If you are unable to update it then ask us to do it. You can also use the serial recovery page with your old address and ask us to forward the response to you.
