For some time we have been sending an emailing but the customers are not receiving and yet we receive an acknowledgment that the message has been sent;can you help us.

Answer: I believe your message is being flagged as spam. This problem is explained here: My message never arrives despite it says it was delivered. It is what we call a false positive and unfortunately there are mail systems that will remove messages flagged as spam without any notification to the sender.
