Question: I am trying MaxBulk Mailer in its trial version. I am strongly motivated to buy it. However, before doing that, I want to test how it handles the mailing list. I have installed MLM on my website. Everything seems to work fine (I can access to MLM smoothly from the web). However, when I choose "remote lists" from "Recipients", I just get this error:

Error #403: Forbidden (https://•••••••.com/lm/lm.php?cmd=lists&pwd=•••••••&lang=it)

I do not understand the reason of this. In fact the diagnostic check is OK....please find below the result. What am I mistaking?

Answer: A 403 Forbidden error means that you do not have permission to view the requested file or resource. While sometimes this is intentional, other times it is due to misconfigured permissions. The top reasons for this error are permissions or .htaccess error.
