MLM upload gives 0 address(es) have been uploaded to 'List'

Question: When I upload a lit it gives now:

"0 address(es) have been uploaded to 'List_2'.
MLM has found 0 duplicate(s) and 0 bad address(es).
Ok"

Answer: Make sure your list is the form:

First_name1Last_name1Company1Email_address1
First_name2Last_name2Company2Email_address2
First_name3Last_name3Company3Email_address3
...

It is the format MLM expects actually. It is explained here.
