Unsubscribe with text file does not update remote list |

Question: When I use remote list in Bulk Mail Desktop and I right click and click Unsubscribe then its updated in the database of that particular email. Now if I create list of emails in "unsubscribe.txt" and drop it onto the list, it only unsubscribes in the Desktop but does not send the unsubscription command to the Remote list. So when I switch the list the unsubscriptopns are lost!

Answer: You have to do that from the 'Recipients ▸ Upload to MLM' menu. Click on 'File' and select your 'unsubscribe.txt' file, then select the target list 'List' and set the 'Action' to 'Delete'. Then click on 'Upload'. Your 'unsubscribe.txt' file will then be uploaded to MLM and processed. |
