Question: I cannot understand how your create a "remote-list" as I assume only remote lists work with 'statistics' which I want to use. I have installed MLM which seems to be working fine and I solved the error 103 issue and that's all good now. I select a list, it shows me all the contacts I then go to 'Recipients > Upload to MLM' in the 'upload' dialogue box 'the selected list' if highlighted in the 'to' there are no lists and I can't seem to create a new list name into which to put the selected list.

Action is set to replace the 'upload' button is greyed out because I assume there is no to-list which I can't enter a list name can you help me please as I seem to be going around in circles and I have read att the manuals and it keeps saying everything can be done from within mailer prog. thanks

Answer: If MLM has been installed properly the 'Upload To MLM' menu will perform a silent checking and will update the window accordingly. Usually if a problem is detected or no connection is possible the window will disable several important features. If no problem is detected you will be able to create a remote list and upload recipients to it.

The best is to check whether MLM has been installed properly thru the 'Diagnose' menu. That menu is on the Preference second panel, next to the MLM URL.
