Question: I'm using sparkpost as a smtp relay. When I tried sending your software was asking for account ID and password. What should I put in there? |

Answer: The account ID and password you are being asked when sending messages are your mail server credentials. Indeed everyone has to authenticate itself with a mail server before being granted to use its services. If you don't have that info just ask your server administrator or look at your other mail software. |
