Answer: We use a complex pricing system with IP Geo-localization. Our prices and offers are not the same depending on the country you are connecting from. For example if you go to Moscow for holidays and look at the offer for eMail extractor, it can be indeed $10. When back to your country the offer may be $15. So it is better if you purchase when you see the offer, do not wait.
