Question: Hi. I keep getting a message that I’m using v. 8.6. I have downloaded and installed the update 4 times (Mac), and it doesn’t update to the new version. Never had this problem with software updates.
Answer: Try the following:
- Delete the MaxBulk Mailer version you have in your application folder.
- Make sure you don't have any other version.
- Restart your computer.
- Download current MaxBulk Mailer version here - Install that version in your application folder.
