Question: If I add a new transaction with the date set for example to '21.10.2017', when I go to the 'Report' section the displayed date is '5.1.2016', actually all my entries are dated '5.1.2016' instead of '21.10.2017'. This also happens when I use the scheduler. Literally in every report I have this problem. Please help!

Answer: The date setting belongs to the operating system. You have to open your system preferences, go to 'Language & Region' and check whether your settings are correct. Check your language and country.

You can even click on 'Advanced' and then on 'Date' and check the current formatting. Make sure there is no spaces in the date formatting template.

Then try to reboot your computer.
