Auswertungen sind die schnellste Art, um die Transaktionen zu durchsuchen. Sie bestimmen Zeitraum, Kontentyp, Kategorie und Konto, das Sie durchsuchen wollen, und wahlweise noch ein weiteres Feld.
Die für Auswertungen verfügbaren Zeiträume sind: aktuelles Jahr, aktueller Monat, ein wählbares Jahr oder ein wählbarer Monat oder ein frei eingebbarer Zeitraum. Sie können in jedem verfügbaren Kontentyp, in jeder Kategorie und in jedem Konto jedes Datenfeld durchsuchen. Auswertungen erlauben Ihnen, Ihre Transaktionen abzustimmen, indem Sie Ihre Bankbewegungen verwenden. Sie können nach einem bestimmten Saldenbetrag oder innerhalb eines Wertebereiches suchen. Sie können genau so einfach nach nicht abgestimmten Transaktionen innerhalb eines Zeitraums suchen. Drücken Sie zusätzlich die Befehlstaste (Apfeltaste), um kombinierte Auswertungen zu erhalten (kumulierte Ergebnisse von Auswertungen zu Auswertung).
Wenn Sie auf eine Transaktion doppelklicken, gelangen Sie direkt dort hin, und zwar im Transaktions-Bereich, so dass Sie sie falls nötig ändern oder löschen können. Wenn Sie mit gedrückter Optionstaste doppelklicken, wird sofort das Detailfenster der Transaktion angezeigt.
Die Checkbox "Gruppieren" erlaubt die Anzeige gruppierter Transaktionen entweder gruppiert oder in Einzeltransaktionen aufgelöst.
