Unsubscriptions not being removed from list

I have the latest version of MBM and MLM.

I am using SQL and using HTML format for emails, which I make up in Freeway.

I get unsubscriptions showing in the Stats window, but they are not being removed from the list.

I have just downloaded a remote list into a new window and cam clearly see the emails of the unsubcriptions still there.

What wrong?

When you sent your message, did you select a list first? or did you reuse a document with a preloaded list?

• Fresh document.
  Download remote list.
  Paste in HTML from Freeway.
  Send myself a test.
  Check the email.
  Sometimes I alter the HTML page in Freeway and repaste the code, if I notice a typo or spelling error.

Have you tried to log into MLM with your browser? Are all the functions working? Your issue is really really weird, believe me.

Yes, I can login without any issue.

Can you delete a recipient from a list? The command used by the web interface are exactly the same as the one used to unsubscribe a recipient.
