Transaction date do not appear on some reports (Account statement for example)

I do not see the date of the transactions on the account statements. Quite disturbing ... but maybe right. Anyone who can help?

I have sent it to you by return to the email received. I should add that I have now notived that the date filed is empty when I export transactions in Excel file. The date is well recognised though in various other places (eg when I run a query filtered by date range). Strange ... to say the least ...

Ok, the date problem is when you export to Excel, can you tell me the exacts steps so I can reproduce here?
