Removing local i/p from outgoing messages

I’m having problems getting messages rejected because my local i/p which is shared across a local grouping and is marked as spam.

Can I remove my local i/p from the headers [generated by MaxBulkMailer] and allow i/p of the outgoing mailserver to be used as instead.

This is not problem if I use Mac Mail, that does not use the local i/p, but the mail server identity.

I am in the UK, and my local ISP is Virgin and I am using Domain Registration/server as manzanera.uk-noc.com and get mail to @.mac.com, @icloud.com and @me.com being rejected.

There is only one mail protocol, SMTP. Both MaxBulk Mailer and Mail use the very same protocol. I believe the problem is other since some headers are added by the server and you can't do anything about this. If I were you I would try to send a message to https://www.mail-tester.com and check the report. The best is to get a 10/10 score.
