Usually, when a mail server doesn't respond it is because of either the port number or the SSL setting. You may try with no port number, that is, setting the address to 'smtp.office365.com' and 'TLSv1.2' (no Exp).

Also, remember that in order to use office365 with MaxBulk Mailer:

- You have to create a shared mailbox in your Office 365 portal (here) and assign a password.
- You have to use the shared mailbox email and password you just created on Office365.
