Both. Try with my file (I can send it again if needed) both:
A/ From any selected record:
Right click shows "Add to project..."
Left click to confirm
-> 2-3 sec delay
The pop-up list appears and you can then change the selection without problem.
B/ a switch from Queries to Transactions panes is way slower. The opposite (switch from Transactions to Queries) remains still fast.
