NOT RESPONDING

Dear air/Madam,
Whenever i import emails into the verifier it says not responding and it doesent respond at all.What should i do?urgent reply needed please.

Try to test a single address, an address that is not yours and paste here what you get in the email Verifier 'Console' panel.
