Not Fetching Emails

It appears that I am connecting to the MS Exchange Server, but then nothing happens. The emails are not being fetched. See log below:


1/21 00:02:22 ~ Status: Connecting to 1XX.XX.X.X00 (IMAP) Port: 25 Security: None
1/21 00:02:22 220 xxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.local Microsoft ESMTP MAIL Service ready at Mon, 21 Jan 2019 00:01:51 -0800
1/21 00:07:22 451 4.7.0 Timeout waiting for client input

Please help.
