Yes, we found a problem in MLM. Re-uploading lm.php and lm_functions.php files from last MLM version fixes the problem. Very last MLM version is available here.

Seems to be working now.

Bounce Handler SHOULD always be running in the background
for Bounce Statistics to show in MLM?

Also, I get crashes on the Bounce Handler intermittently.
I don't know what triggers it,
but seems after running continuously for about a day.

Is that normal?

Just run eMail Bounce Handler when you have to get the bounces processed. About crashed can you paste here the first 50 lines of the crash log starting with 'Thread 0 crashed'?
