No Recipients have been added ... error

I am using an iMac w/ macOS Mojave 10.14.5. I just upgraded my subscription (5/31/19) and downloaded the latest MaxBulk Mailer, ver. 8.6.9-US 64bit. When I try to import from a text file (w/ "," delimiter), I get an error saying: "No recipients have been added to the selected list. Try again modifying the import settings." Please note that when I navigate through my data at the "import screen" (with the arrow button you provide), I see that each record is completely correct. I get that error when I click on the "import" button. Please help as I need to get this mail batch out asap. Thank you.
