Missing emails

Our customer is testing the MaxBulk Mailer Pro trial version.
When they were sending several emails(100 email), the window shows up.
Kindly refer to the following picture.

The customer found that there are some email didn’t send out then the customer has to resend the email.
Is this only happened on the trial version?

I have received the reply "Please send me the text you get in the 'Delivery' panel."
I have no idea what should I do with it.
Could you provide the screen shot or instruction for us?

"A red alert mean a delivery error to a given recipient."
The recipient is correct, but our customer needs to resend the email.

Select the recipient in the list then the 'Recipients > Get Info' menu. Select the line with the last error. At the bottom you should see the exact error message sent by your server. What does it say?
