Maxprog Email Verifier Not Working

Hi,

I just purchased this product some hours ago and its not working even after entering the validation code and uploading about 4,500 emails to validate.

What is wrong with this product I need help here i have gone further to delete and re download with a diff browsers but it still not working though. i tried validating just one email it validated it but when i tried to validate bulk emails of 4,500 it just wont work the play button becomes unclickable.

Help Needed!!!

System Type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor

Version Of eMail Verifier?
eMail Verifier v3.7.1

Are you able to load the list?
Bulk email list does not show wen loaded see attachment.
